It looks like a calm and quiet community, the Location is gated with security in front. The units inside are very nice and feel very homey. Dolores, the office manager is a wonderful lady. During the nearly six years that I lived at Riverbank Apartments, my experience was very positive. The staff is attentive to the tenants' needs, and the grounds are clean and well-maintained. Although the surrounding neighborhood has some problems with criminal activity, the apartment grounds are safe and secure. I would recommend Riverbank to any prospective tenant. If I hadn't moved out of the area, I would have continued living there.

I just recently moved out of this place a little under a month ago, i live here for 5 years and i can say it was the best! Delores is amazing and so understanding and caring, she is always avaliable when you need her.. Maintenence staff are so nice and polite and on their stuff! I am so appreciative for the time i spent there. Neighbors were great it was quiet for the most part and i felt safe inside those gates!! I was so sad to leave!

I have been looking for an apartment for over a month now, and hadn't had any luck. Rentals are very scarce lately and everything is skyrocketing in price! We saw online that there may be availability on a 2 bedroom unit at Riverbank apartments. We decided to drive out to the complex instead of calling, and we had brought all paperwork with us just in case. In the leasing office, we met Dolores working in the office. She was very nice, very professional, and very straightforward & upfront with all the information. We loved it! The property looks nice too! We are very appreciative of how Delores handled the application process and gave us all the information. Thank you Delores!

kittypaw I do feel safe here as an elderly, disabled, black woman. My neighbors are kind & offer me help to carry groceries. The maintenance staff are kind men. The office manager & office staff are kind too. I wasn't told by the previous manager that there were disabled apts. here or I would've gotten one. I had even reported my income as disability. Now I have to do a balancing act every time I enter the shower. I was also denied new patio doors as mine had stains & marks I couldn't remove that was done before I moved here. Cj

Dolores is a very hard worker, and very professional. I am a new tenant and, even before I moved in, she worked really hard to resolve issues so things would go smoothly. Then, when I moved in, I had a few maintenance concerns. They were resolved VERY quickly and with no hassle at all. This complex is very peaceful and quiet. The security patrols are very nice and make me feel very safe!! I’m looking forward to meeting new people/neighbors and enjoying my new home!!

They never seem To sleep and when i put my kids to bed they are up all night dragging shit across the walls and slamming doors. Ut overall i have no complaints about this complex very quiet gated community. only reason i gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because of my neighbors. i just recently came back to tis complex because of the great management and staff. the move in was simple and quick and Delores is amazing.. people feel that because its townhomes its bad but these apartments are great, clean and they actually care about all of their tenets

I enjoyed my stay with them and the apartment was well kept! If I had a problem it was fixed fast! I would recommend River bank apts to anyone and if I ever moved back I would rent from them again! I requested 3 times in the last month for maintenance to change my dining room light and no one has came. My shower head leaks, had it fixed twice, still continues to leak. Everything is outdated and from the 80s. I only give 4 stars because of Dolores, the landlord/manager.

Delores was extremely nice and accommodating. I wish I saw the apartment before purchasing but it did not work that way. The apartment is really nice. I am not a fan of carpet in the kitchen and the cabinets need some help. The blinds do not close but she told me there is free maintenance. She had new carpet dishwasher and stove put it for me which was super nice. I am so happy to have this opportunity for my first apartment.

I have lived here for a little over 3 months and i can honestly say i have had a pleasant experience so far. Management is awesome and friendly every time i go in. I have had to make a few maintenece request but they were always at my door to fix the issue same day. Very kind and courteous. Its quiet and cozy. No drama no issues everyone is very pleasant. At least the ones in my building lol

I'm in current residence. And I love living here. Management is amazing! They are Beyond nice and always willing to work with you. I would definitely recommend moving to Riverbank it's always kept clean and tidy. And it's super quiet which is a plus. If you're looking for a place to live I would definitely recommend Riverbank condos! =)

The maintenance staff is fantastic as well, they're very quick and kind. The community is good, I've had very little problems in the 4 years I've lived here. The apartments are very spacious and cute! I'd recommend many people to live here or give it a look!
