Highly recommend living here!! Property manager Delores is amazing in and out she will go beyond her ability to help anyone and everyone. ð«¶ð½ She's friendly and has made my living experience here like a family. Maintenance is really good and comes on time when scheduled an appointment and is true on fixing any situation that needs to be fixed. Safety is an all time good experience security walks around on and off the property secureing safety.

The maintenance team is excellent in doing a incredible job time wise and excellent problem solving any maintenance concerns always working in excellent and making sure that the maintenance need is done quickly and professionally.

Maintenance came by Tuesday to take care of a request I put in on Monday night. They are quick and precise. Thanks Riverbank for another great job. There is no place else I would rather live.
