I had a great experience living here. The management team was always professional, friendly, and quick to help whenever I had questions or needed maintenance. The property was clean, quiet, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to live. I really appreciated how smooth the move-in and move-out process was. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming, and well-managed place to call home.

Zero stars!!! ONE OF YOUR TENANTS JUST THREW THEIR SMALL GREY FLUFFY DOG AWAY IN A CRATE IN A DUMPSTER IN YOUR COMPLEX YESTERDAY 7/4/2026!!! IT'S NOW DEAD IN THE CRATE!!! THIS IS SERIOUSLY SO HEARTBREAKING!!! POOR LITTLE INNOCENT DOG!!ððððððð

Moving in was an easy process. They say this and that to bring you in and make you feel like you live in a safe community. Dolores the property manager has her favorites and treats everyone else like crap. When complaining about a neighbor regularly being loud from 2-5 am, they were told they could do what they want and I received a notice on my door saying to not bother them and when I looked in the lease for the section and page it was for bed bugs? When moving out they are trying to withhold my deposit. Saying I owe for utility bills that I clearly supplied proof I paid. Also itâs against your lease to not pay these bills. Funny nothing about unpaid bills was mentioned until we moved 4 states away. AMC corporate office is just as bad. They donât return calls or care about their tenants. Dolores and the company is ðï¸

Love living here! The amenities are really great and I canât wait for the pool to open:) Property Manager Dolores has been amazing and very flexible about getting us in! Eugene is an amazing maintenance person and gets the job done right every time
