My son's been living here goin on 3yrs; they were REALLY great at first, but over the last year......I tell U, they done got REAL lax on the security/security gate. This is a must, especially when you're PAYING for it. Some places NEED to get it together or know you'll eventually start losing tenants :-(

The neighbor are nonstop climbing the crawlspace and would never stop. Nonstop hacking my wifi. Installed some camera in the apartment and the office must have known. They are not doing anything even if i call them

RiverBank Apartments is a great place to live. The management and maintenance workers are awesome as for the property it’s a beautiful gated community. My mom and I hated to move.

I love it here, I recently moved in and everyone respects the rules, friendly, etc. The second gate needs a bit of repair which I hope they fix in the future. I live upstairs and the balcony is great I like opening the blinds and just taking a look around, although our neighbors sometimes come out too it’s a little awkward 😂I have no complaints so far. Also the renters office is great. Our old landlords were lowkey jerks but Dolores by far the best, she actually takes time to listen.
