I applied here got approved on the spot, signed my rental agreement and everything. Come time to move in Delores the manager said that I didn’t get approved after she had told me I did, then she told me I would receive my holding fee in the mail. It’s been going on 2 months and I still haven’t received it. Now everytime I call she has someone answer the phone and say they’ll return my call and my money and haven’t now they don’t answer the phone. I would not recommend this place to anyone the manage Delores is conniving and 100% unprofessional.

I called the office staff and the phone was answered promptly. Maintenance was quick to respond and the garbage disposal was fixed in less than 30 minutes. They are respectful of your property when they enter and they are always pleasant and cheerful. Recently I called the office when my refrigerator stopped working and again they responded in a about an hour. It was promptly fixed. Simon and Eugene are the best
