Worst apartment complex. People steal your laundry, laundry soap/bleach. Maintenance is rude and disrespect, need to learn better “bed side” manners as I’ve complained twice about them. Dolores is nice and a wonderful landlord but her assistant (who isn’t Tara) never are in office and you have to call 5 times to get an answer. I requested 3 times in the last month for maintenance to change my dining room light and no one has came. My shower head leaks, had it fixed twice, still continues to leak. Everything is outdated and from the 80s. I only give 4 stars because of Dolores, the landlord/manager.

Do not rent at riverbank. I repeat do not rent here. The apartments are old as he'll. With mice and roaches everywhere. The management is rude and lies about everything. And please do take pictures and videos of your unit before you move in and also after you move out. Because you guys will be upset once you move out because there goal is to ruin you rental history. They will hit you with so many phony charges. There appliances is from the 70's. And also they do not like to repair anything. Living on the streets is better the living at riverbank apartments. Oh and also you have no freedom in your own home because management watches everything you do. Oh and let's not forget about the harassment of security. I can't not stretch enough how important it is to live sanitary and you will not have that a riverbank. Rent here at your own risk!

Deloris is super nice and so is maintenance. At first I felt some things were out dated but after a little cleaning it is beautiful. Everyone has different...

Delores is great I was supposed to move in on the 15th of August but she helped me out and got me in on the 31st of july even saved me money she is awesome the apartment is great and the staff are very friendly....
