Delores was extremely nice and accommodating. I wish I saw the apartment before purchasing but it did not work that way. The apartment is really nice. I am not a fan of carpet in the kitchen and the cabinets need some help. The blinds do not close but she told me there is free maintenance. She had new carpet dishwasher and stove put it for me which was super nice. I am so happy to have this opportunity for my first apartment.

Worst apartment complex. People steal your laundry, laundry soap/bleach. Maintenance is rude and disrespect, need to learn better “bed side” manners as I’ve complained twice about them. Dolores is nice and a wonderful landlord but her assistant (who isn’t Tara) never are in office and you have to call 5 times to get an answer. I requested 3 times in the last month for maintenance to change my dining room light and no one has came. My shower head leaks, had it fixed twice, still continues to leak. Everything is outdated and from the 80s. When renewing my lease I asked if they would put in new carpet or newer appliances, I was told “no only if something is absolutely broken and we can’t trouble shoot it”.

Ok except for being accused of feeding the stray cats outside.which I havent ever....but they work with my dtr and that makes them cool in my eyes...

Dolores has been a great manager! She's worked with me through every obstacle I've encountered and had been beyond helpful! The missing fifth star has nothing to do with riverbank other than the fact that it's in a bad area.

If I could give zero stars I would. The apartment manager Delores is a Dishonest Human Being who does everything she can to take money out of renter's pockets and not return their deposits. The property is not as advertised appliances and fixtures are old and cabinets smell of dry rot. It is not secure at all. There was even a homeless encampment forming on the property and she did nothing about it. It is almost impossible to get in touch with their Corporate office. AMC-Apartment Management Consultants do let them know what is coming on at the property. I am now in the process of contacting fair housing due to harrassment, discrimination & fraud. Moving here would be you WORST MOVE EVER!!! Tara was amazing while she was there! She is the type of upstanding manager that all apartments should employ and would be lucky to have. She was on top of everything. 05/23/19 In reply to whomever this is responding, your statement is completely false as is the deposit declaration the manager filed. You could not possibly respond to my review without having first hand knowledge of my situation. It seems that you are making a blanket statement to try and manipulate the situation for anyone who may read my review. As I stated before, Delores is a thief as you can read from some of the other reviews and AMC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT refuses to deal with the situation. So now I will be looking into a class action law suit. As well, I have attempted to talk to Delores and she hung up in my face. Which led me to contact AMC and her Regional Manager Ivy who is obviously not handling the situation. I will continue to contact AMC and post on social media until action is taken.

These Apartments are Cheating your money too much bill and they accumulate everyone’s garbage,sewer,and e.t.c. of everyone else and then just through the bill at us not worth staying.Too many cockroaches and mice and rats and everything and Delores just ruined my rental history. I wish I can Give 0 Stars.Just kidding I wish I can Give Negative Stars -1,000 stars.
