These Apartments are Cheating your money too much bill and they accumulate everyoneâs garbage,sewer,and e.t.c. of everyone else and then just through the bill at us not worth staying.Too many cockroaches and mice and rats and everything and Delores just ruined my rental history. I wish I can Give 0 Stars.Just kidding I wish I can Give Negative Stars -1,000 stars.

We never did anything to the apartments now it’s on rental history the apartments are affordable not so fast seperate p g and e bill which we used a little but got a bill of $460 and Delores is just a cheat and said we were too loud and stuff.

Lived in Riverbank 13 years! The office and maintenance staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Dolores and Tara are great. Work orders are repaired in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Riverbank.

I only lived here for almost a year now and I hate it. I can't wait for my lease to end. I live with other roommates. We live in the other part of the apartments that is outside of the gated community. My neighbors are noisy, banging the floor and walls. They even steal our parking spot that we paid for. Blasting music really loud in the morning. Scratched my roommate's car. Spash some kind of orange liquid on my car. Homeless people digging out the trash. The parking lot is always full. So, I have park by the sidewalk. I've lived in many Apartments and this by far the worse I've been too. The only thing that was good so far is the maintenance workers they helped fix the sink and other things that were broken. They are nice and hard working people around here.
