0 stars if possible. This place is infested with mice. Mind you, the unit was on the second floor. I have pictures and videos of one crawling out from the hole that was in the kitchen cabinet. I had also witnessed the biggest cock roach of my life crawling under into those cabinets. The appliances had to have been from the early 90s still. The unit was disgusting and no infants or toddlers should have had to live in such a dump like mine did. Dolores was no help and denied the fact that we had informed her multiple times about the infestation. All she told us was " It's just Mother Nature" & did not proceed with getting rid of the situation. I'm sorry, but Mother Nature does not live in a household with humans, if we waned to live with rats we'd be out on the street instead of paying to stay there. She does not care. I actually moved back in with my mother because it was putting my kids health at risk with mice urine and feces on the floor. Of course the management will comment back on this to cover theirselves from looking bad, but this complex is a health hazard.
