I wish I can rate this apartment 0 stars. When I first moved here my apartment smelled like old wood and everything was old and falling apart. I asked to have my doors painted and was told a work order would be put in and they would get back to me, never did. This place is not worth it! I lived in a unit on the outside of the gate (which was poorly taken care of) and was told I would be moved into a unit inside the gate when ever one became available! Never happened. Since we were outside the gate there would be homeless people sleeping outside by the dumpster, making loud noises, and even digging in the dumpster (security didn’t answer/rarely came around to our unit). My neighbor came to me and told me multiple times to watch out for rats and roaches because they had some in their apartment, a couple days later I came outside to go to work at 4am and came eye to eye with a rat outside my door (I have pictures). Even after all of these red flags I still was really nice and understanding. Very disappointed. Should have listened to the reviews.
