When management was Cammie this was a great place to live. Since Deloris became manager it has steadily gone downhill. Tenants are habitually lied to, charged exorbitant and phony fees. Facility is in horrible condition. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. DON'T RENT HERE. BIG. MISTAKE Addendum : After leaving above review, I was awakened the next morning around 7:30A.M., by Delores, an hour and a half before the office opens. Because I left the above review she rescinded a previous promise of waiting until I moved out to bill me for necessary pest control (which I have no intention of paying. Pest control is the expense of property owners ). She stated she would be billing me for payment now, although she did say payments could be arranged. When I reminded her of our previous conversation when she stated billing for pest control would be sent at the end of my tenancy, she lied and said she had no memory of that conversation. She said that she was disappointed I left such a negative review on the Riverbank website. And that she would be billing me (as a result of my review ). She tried to say she had "plenty of positive reviews ". Which is a lie. Read them for yourself. So to summarize, she made an inappropriate call to me outside of business hours, she lied and threatened me during that call, plus she attempted to question the honesty, ACCUSE former tenants of lying in their reviews of Riverbank. Deplores simply showed her true color. Herein lies the biggest problem at Riverbank. A dishonest and petty paranoid manager. So for your own happiness DON'T RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I moved to Stockton in September 2013 and rented an apartment at Riverbank Condominiums for the past 3 plus years. I recently vacated the unit May 31, 2017. The BIGGEST issue is the management, granted I have a high tolerance for ignorance but Dolores the property manager is not consistent in most things she says. I received my itemized bill at my forwarding address very quickly (which is great). However there were 2 discrepancies that I hurried to call and address. Well having to wait a week due to Dolores being out, I today speak with her and address the fact that I was being charged $120.52 for 2 closet doors in the spare bedroom and these doors were NEVER on. I moved in with those doors not being on. She insists she would have noted it in the move in walk thru. This place will nickel and dime you it is so sad. I am an honest person and I left the unit in great shape. I am prepared to go ALL THE WAY WITH THIS, this place is corrupt and I will not be another victim to the fraudulent charges that "fluctuate" from time to time. Oh and there are MICE! I have pictures to validate this, it's gross and the units do shake due to the train. Find me on FB, there's so much more to be said. 6-9-17 NB
