Tara and Dolores are such beautiful souls. They understood my situation prior to leasing a unit, and helped me navigate the best way to clear my financial debt to get approved for a unit. The property is very peaceful and if you have any issues within your unit, they make sure to have it handled asap! Thank you ladies for being non judgmental and for being very welcoming. I appreciate everything you lovely ladies have done for me.

I appreciate Dolores and her assistant Ernesto for their professionalism. While my personal circumstances made it “iffy” that I would meet the requirements for residence at the Riverbank Apartments, they both made me feel welcomed to apply. So, thank you, Dolores and Ernesto!

The property manager allows tenants to harass neighbors for being gay. She seems homophobic too since she hasn't done anything about it and keeps letting him do it
