This apartment complex has roaches. They spray their vacant units so that there are no signs of roaches. When you report it they will act like there were never roaches in the unit. If you decide to move here, be prepared to have to move everything out of your cabinets in your kitchen & bathroom weekly. Imagine having to unpack your kitchen weekly. DO NOT MOVE IN THIS COMPLEX.

I attempted to rent a apartment from this complex but the attempt could not be worse. I put in my holding deposit and week after week my move in date was delayed. One week it was roaches the next week they told me the whole apartment's carpet was being replaced. Eventually I got eyes on the apartment and it was not even close to the pictures on there website. I ended up backing off the apartments after my move in date was delayed over a month and they kept my holding deposit. I would stay away from these apartments if possible. The Roaches as-well as the sketchy individuals I seen around the area where red flags.

It looks like a calm and quiet community, the Location is gated with security in front. The units inside are very nice and feel very homey. Dolores, the office manager is a wonderful lady. She is very sweet and kind helps you every step of the way. She is quick to answer the phone or any questions that you may have. I Highly recommend Riverbank Apartments.
