I just moved and and it was the easiest process I have ever done the manager Dolores and her assistant were great and maid it simple explaining the process and the apartment was well keep clean no bug love the security of this place

I have been looking for an apartment for over a month now, and hadn't had any luck. Rentals are very scarce lately and everything is skyrocketing in price! We saw online that there may be availability on a 2 bedroom unit at Riverbank apartments. We decided to drive out to the complex instead of calling, and we had brought all paperwork with us just in case. In the leasing office, we met Dolores working in the office. She was very nice, very professional, and very straightforward & upfront with all the information. We loved it! The property looks nice too! We are very appreciative of how Delores handled the application process and gave us all the information. Thank you Delores!

kittypaw I do feel safe here as an elderly, disabled, black woman. My neighbors are kind & offer me help to carry groceries. The maintenance staff are kind men. The office manager & office staff are kind too. I wasn't told by the previous manager that there were disabled apts. here or I would've gotten one. I had even reported my income as disability. Now I have to do a balancing act every time I enter the shower. I was also denied new patio doors as mine had stains & marks I couldn't remove that was done before I moved here. Cj

RiverBank Apartments is a great place to live. The management and maintenance workers are awesome as for the property it’s a beautiful gated community. My mom and I hated to move.

I love it here, I recently moved in and everyone respects the rules, friendly, etc. The second gate needs a bit of repair which I hope they fix in the future. I live upstairs and the balcony is great I like opening the blinds and just taking a look around, although our neighbors sometimes come out too itâs a little awkward ðI have no complaints so far. Also the renters office is great. Our old landlords were lowkey jerks but Dolores by far the best, she actually takes time to listen.
