(Translated by Google) Everything was fine until the date we moved out, now I owe money to them instead of them giving me money back, I got my last invoice today and I'm getting charged for 10 days that I wasn't even there anymore reason why I returned my keys on September 30. Because Dolores said if I would not move out before the 1st she would keep charging me but that was the reason why I left the 30. And now she is charging me $500 more for days that I wasn't even there. I returned my keys, if she would tell me when she didn't I would leave until the 10th. I would not recommend just for the reason why they would rather charge you just because they are mad because you left since they have like 30 apartments vacant and want to keep their tenants but how can they keep them if this is the thanks you get back after being with them for so long. Just disappointed on this because she didn't explain herself hopefully she can see this and not do this with other tenants in the future so they wouldn't be coming to any surprises when they see their last invoice. Rent is outrageous, pool opens 12pm-5pm not fair especially when you get off work around 5pm plus not even open everyday& the apartment complex is bug and roach infested.
