Garbage apartments! Don't do it! Cops are there all the time, they say small dogs only but you see huge ones all over and dog crap all over the property....

I just recently moved out of this place a little under a month ago, i live here for 5 years and i can say it was the best! Delores is amazing and so understanding and caring, she is always avaliable when you need her.. Maintenence staff are so nice and polite and on their stuff! I am so appreciative for the time i spent there. Neighbors were great it was quiet for the most part and i felt safe inside those gates!! I was so sad to leave!

I just moved and and it was the easiest process I have ever done the manager Dolores and her assistant were great and maid it simple explaining the process and the apartment was well keep clean no bug love the security of this place

I have been looking for an apartment for over a month now, and hadn't had any luck. Rentals are very scarce lately and everything is skyrocketing in price! We saw online that there may be availability on a 2 bedroom unit at Riverbank apartments. We decided to drive out to the complex instead of calling, and we had brought all paperwork with us just in case. In the leasing office, we met Dolores working in the office. She was very nice, very professional, and very straightforward & upfront with all the information. We loved it! The property looks nice too! We are very appreciative of how Delores handled the application process and gave us all the information. Thank you Delores!

kittypaw I do feel safe here as an elderly, disabled, black woman. My neighbors are kind & offer me help to carry groceries. The maintenance staff are kind men. The office manager & office staff are kind too. I wasn't told by the previous manager that there were disabled apts. here or I would've gotten one. I had even reported my income as disability. Now I have to do a balancing act every time I enter the shower. I was also denied new patio doors as mine had stains & marks I couldn't remove that was done before I moved here. Cj

My son's been living here goin on 3yrs; they were REALLY great at first, but over the last year......I tell U, they done got REAL lax on the security/security gate. This is a must, especially when you're PAYING for it. Some places NEED to get it together or know you'll eventually start losing tenants :-(
